Rooto Rooted was wonderful! Carl and Neffy came and fixed my leaking sink quickly. The entire process was about 30 minutes. They were both very nice and very professional. Can't say enough nice things about their service!
Not technician's fault, her was very polite, but arrived 3 hours past the window. Could not fix the problem, but still charged 160.00. To me, if the problem can't be fixed, the service charge should be 75.00 tops! But again, the guy was polite and professional, he was just doing what he was told to do.
Customer service with Roto-Rooter was awesome! They were very helpful with the repair. Technician arrived within specified time and quickly resolved the toilet issue. Highly recommended service!
Hands down the BEST service I have ever experienced. We came home to a flooded yard from a burst waterpipe underground. Ricardo Blas was fast, courteous, and didn't charge nearly as much as we feared it would cost.
They got here on the same day, whereas the other guys were 5 days out into next week.....they addressed my problem and listened and were all finished within 30 minutes!! I would DEFINITELY call again!!! Thank you!!!
Someone came out to our home on a Sunday for us.!At the time whatever we had used to try and clear the clog had worked so the tech. could not really find what was wrong. There was no charge. Not even for a service call on a weekend! A few days later the issue returned. This time we left it alone and tech #4957, Mike, came to check it out. Angelo Woodard, Roto-Rooter Plumber, came out to our house today in order to replace our kitchen faucet sprayer. He arrive on time and provided excellent service. He even went above and beyond by recommending what to do in order to fix my daughter's convertible top on her car.
They took care of the problem of a clogged kitchen drain in a timely and professional manner. My only complaint is what I was charged. The cost of $335 for about one hour of work seemed excessive. It appears they took advantage of my 21 year old son who lives at this home while attending school. I guess I am partially to blame for not asking for a quote in advance.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received when our toilet decided to back up into the tub. Tom (3361)and Chad(7701) were very professional and explained the whole procedure and cost to us. I would definitely use and recommend Rotor Rooter again.
