My wife and I were living without hot water for a week and a half. To us it felt like eternity! Then I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a plumber in 45 minutes and they fixed our water heater very quickly and efficiently. Amilcar Padilla was our plumber and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He even helped me fix my broken garage door. Bonus! Thank you Amilcar and Roto Rooter we are enjoying our hot water!!!
Had a clogged ( roots) sewer line last Sunday Night (8-25-19) . Called RR and was treated with nothing less than pure professionalism. Team came out Monday morning at my request on time and ready to tackle the issue. I was told by two different large plumbing companies that I had a broken pipe and would have to go threw my flooring and completely gut my bathroom that was having the issues and would cost me over $13,000. First time having to call a plumber. Jacob Anderson #2968 came out on a holiday within an hour. He explained everything clearly, spent a great deal of time answering all our questions and made sure we knew how to prevent any future problems. He took his time and made sure all our pipes were clean and free of clogs.
Within an hour of calling this company, Joe V. appeared on property. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He unclogged our bathroom pipes in one of our hotel rooms. He explained every tool that he was using and what it was used for. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter again for our plumbing issues.
Couldn't have been happier with my experience! I had a rental house with a clogged dishwasher and had tried all the usual fixes without luck. Called my "normal" plumber that I had used for years and was informed "they don't do dishwashers." Called Roto Rooter and their tech, Edgar/5317 was out in a couple of hours and had it fixed quickly. The start of my experience with the company was rough as there was a problem that occurred with my initial service and then there was multiple issues getting someone out to deal with the new issue.
