We had a clogged double kitchen sink that we just couldn't fix ourselves. I tried Drain-O, boiling water and baking powder, a drain snake... Nothing worked so I called Roto-Rooter, and they had it fixed within an hour. Mike (employee 4957) and Jon (employee 1951) were amazing, and worked with our budget. Thanks guys!

I called Roro-Rooter due to a leaky faucet and the technician, Larry Palmer, came out to fix it. He was professional, courteous, and did the work with a smile on his face. He even went above and beyond and showed me how to replace the faucet because I wanted to do that part myself. He even showed me a few tips and tricks to make it easier for me to do. His work was done quick and efficient and I couldn't be happier.
Ramon Tech 3627 was fantastic to work with. It was a difficult issue and he made sure it was done correctly. He was professional but also cared about the quality of work he was providing. I was impressed.
