I liked very much the policy company that "if I do not fix it, I will not charge you". In this particular porfession, that does not happen, they charge you just for showing at your place. This is what happen to me just yesterday, I called Roto Rooter because of a drain problem, it could not be solved by the first tech, not charge at all. They inmediately call another tech with a different machine, the second one, Joe, ran a pressure line inside the clogged pipes and in 20 minutes the problem was resolved. 3 months ago I called Roto-Rooter after getting no where with our regular plumber. Will only call Roto-Rooter from now on! Tom #3361 and then Richard #2823 saved the day! Unfortunately, I have a new problem (unrelated to the one on August) but this time I called Roto-Rooter right away. I'm very confident this issue will be handled with the same professionalism and promptness as before!

This has been our third call to Roto-Rooter in as many years. We've had problems with (2) different main lines before that turned out to be on the city side which was documented and defended beautifully to which the city had to reimburse that portion of the service. The techs they have sent out have been excellent in explaining and showing everything possible for us to understand our sewer system. I called in the morning because of a continuing main line root problem. Tom #3361 arrived within a few hours & snaked the line. He also showed me the camera view of the damaged line & after deciding to go ahead with the main line replacement he coordinated all the paperwork, financing, and crew. That afternoon Rick #2751 came by to get setup for the big job the following day. After trying to get two other plumbing companies to my house and being stood up I called Roto-Rooter. The man answered the phone by asking, "How can I provide excellent service to you today?" From that moment on and through the following three days of a huge foundation drain problem that's exactly what I received - excellent service for every minute! They worked with me to provide the best solution in a timely manner for what could have taken weeks. From now on Roto-Rooter will be my first call!

First company I called because of the yp add: "Trusted since 1935..." Called early morning and a technician was here before lunch. FAST! I called several plumbers and found that none of them would be able to make it to my house, in St. Cloud, today. I then called Roto-Rooter, and they were here within an hour. Richard was professional and friendly, and told me how much the job would cost, in writing, at the very beginning. I was very pleased with the service.

Came with designated time on the same day I called. Very professional. Could not fix the problem and did not charge me for the call, only for the cleaner I bought.
