Roto-Rooters Technician Noel Acosta (1447) was very courteous and professional in clearing the clog from my Mother's kitchen sink drain. The response time from initial call to being on site was extremely fast, and with a very few minutes of explanation of the problem, Noel provided a fast and reasonable estimate to unclog the drain, and on my approval, had the clog removed within 45 minutes! Billy Jenkins at Roto Rooter is a gem. After 4 visits by Lapin Services I tried Roto Rooter for re-occurring septic back up problems.The first guy Roto Rotter sent over couldn't fix the problem then they sent over "the problem solver"' Billy Jenkins. After asking me a few questions, he pinpointed the problem, gave me a reasonable estimate then called in the correct support. My stinky septic problem is gone. I can smell the roses again. I was looking up plumbers in the yellow pages and was confused by many of the other plumbers advertisements but Roto-Rooter was clear and concise as to what they could do. Following two other plumbing companies whose first response was to start cutting holes in the down stairs ceiling to find the source of a water leak, I called Roto-Rooter. Your service tech, not only found the source of the leak and affixed the repair within minutes of his arrival, but did so without cutting holes in the ceiling or any of the walls!!! I would recommend Roto-Rooter unconditionally for any, and all, emergency plumbing needs.
It has been a very long time since I felt so fairly treated by a company and their service technician. This employee went above and beyond.. all in the attempt to secure a satisfied customer - Which he did with flying colors. His level of professionalism was outstanding.
