DR. PEDOWITZ HAS THE MOST AMAZING BEDSIDE MANNERS AND PROFESSIONALISM. I MET HIM BACK IN 2022 WHEN HE DID MY DAUGHTER'S BUNION SURGERY AND TODAY FEBRUARY 2ND 2024 HE DID MINE. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DR. PEDOWITZ AND ROTHMAN ORTHOPEDICS FOR THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND CARE.

I was operated on by Dr. Matthew Pepe. I had blisters on my leg, I asked how'd this happen. He shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. I had a municus surgery. I say at home for 9 days. Unaware that I needed to be in Physical therapy. Then tried to go back to right his wrong. ( Like being at a restaurant sending food back, not a good idea ). Now I have a permanent bend which is painful. This Dr is a HACK DONT ALLOW HIM TO DO SURGERY

Rothman's billing department is a mis-managed mess. They sent me to collections without ever sending me a bill. Now months later, after I paid off my balance, I get another collections notice. My surgeon and treatment was great but their billing is a disaster.

I arrived at 8:15 for my 8:30 appointment for my shoulder at Rothman on Old Lancaster Road in Bryn Mawr. I did not have my wallet and told the woman at the front desk that I would pay a soon as I returned home. She told me that I could not see the doctor until I paid my $40.00 co pay and that I owed $188.00 from April 2023. When I asked what invoicel she was speaking of she said she didn't know and that I would have to contact billing.
