The Rothman Institute is run by a private equity firm that seems to care more about profit than about patients health. Whether needed or not, and even before you see a doctor, they take as many X-rays as possibleeven of areas that are not relevantjust to make money.I was there today. Before I saw the doctor, they took four X-rays of my fingers, including one that wasnt even injured. When I finally saw the doctor, he told me the X-rays were unnecessary, and he didnt even look at them.This has happened to me three times in my ... read more

Poor management of surgeries was scheduled and waited 3wks for an epidural in my cervical spine, they scheduled it without anesthesia! Not sure if you have ever had an epidural without anesthesia but its very painful! The communication is horrible. The one and only doctor *** has ever done what was supposed to be done was Dr. **** *****! Hes the best orthopedic doctor there. Nobody else cares. Too big and cooperate for me. Once Dr. ***** leaves I will not ever use Rothman!!

The billing department, doesn't even deserve 1 star, no return call for 4 months,won't approve financial hardship application, supervisor won't return phone calls,they still want the bill paid,and im not working due to a problem after surgery, time to get an attorney involved,and all the phone numbers go to answering machines or no longer in service,good way to treat your patients
