At the end of 2019 I went to Rothman Institute for extreme pain in my right hand & wrist. Saw Dr. Paul S********* who said it was a cyst on wrist & pinched nerve in the elbow. Gave me a steroid shot & told me to come back in 4 weeks. Steroid relieved pain for 1 day. Returned month later, was given another shot & told to return in 6 weeks. Place is the worst. Treat patients like cattle and employees even worse. They don’t even have any more masks or alcohol wipes for employees. Said they met their supply quota for the year. Shuffle employees around unfairly. Often work with no break or lunch. Terrible place. Terrible managers, especially at Marlton Nj location
The toll free number would not let me make an appointment with a doctor other than the one they wanted me to see from last time . I have good paying insurance and not on Medicaid or Obahma select insurance . I pay my own deductible and any other expense . I wanted to see a different doctor and they are telling me who to see . This is a disgrace and unfair to a paying patient . They just lost a customer and giving them bad patient reviews . Corrupt organization that puts profits before patient care. If they think by MRI report alone they can make money off of a patient, then well go at your own risk. Anyone who knows anything about good spine care, knows a MRI report is one diagnostic test, and is no substitute for a patient exam, and a surgeon looking at the MRI and patient history. The discrimination and profit vs patient centered care defines them.

Terrible !!! Went there for my back issue back in 7/2017... all they did was supply me w/ a back brace my insurance didn't cover … and made it sound like it was necessary to get … Could of got the same back brace somewhere else a medical store for way less. Get a bill in the mail want it paid in full. Who can afford to pay almost 3000.00 for a back brace? Only could pay little at a time … Now they turn me into collections. Will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR GO BACK!!!!

My husband went to Rothman urgent care for an injury. He was told in order to be treated he had to pay the full amount of the bill since our insurance requires a copay. He paid in order to receive care and then Rothman also billed our insurance the next day. I called them in November to request a reimbursement since our insurance also paid the bill. I was told I would be reimbursed. We have yet to be reimbursed our payment from 9/9/18 and it's 12/10/18. The billing is horrible which will prevent me from ever returning to Rot... read more
Hello, Account Number :******* I called ROTHAMN Institute customer service 2 times for my bill.But customer service do not want to listen any thing for the bill and want me to pay bill amount. First of all i took the appointment for my foot and on decided date and time , I went to hospital , I the hospital doctor told me that "I have very serious injury and higher chances for surgery and told me to do the CT scan as well".
