I had an appointment at Rothman on June 30, 2023. At that appointment I scheduled a total knee replacement surgery for November 13, 2023. For over 4 months I have been making arrangements and plans around having my surgery on that date. Here it is the last business day before I am to go in to surgery this coming Monday and I find out for the first time that you all rescheduled my surgery for two weeks later WITHOUT EVER TELLING ME ABOUT THE CHANGE. We've been going to Rothman for years but they are going downhill fast. They have turned into a factory. I was scheduled for Trigger Finger surgery today with Dr Kistler. After numbing my hand, I was told he would see me in 25 to 30 minutes. In the mean time, the nurse had me change into a gown, etc. She then took my glucose reading and said it was high. I have high sugar, but this has never been an issue with me as far as getting anything done, I've had diabetes for a long time and it doesn't really effect me as it does other people.
