Terrible service department. New Mustang gt with 8.5k miles on it in for warranty work after being told it wasnt an issue a month prior, Even though there is currently a tsb on thd issue from Ford. Late call backs, ever moving completion dates, etc...even told me the parts were lost at sea. Currently at 3+ weeks waiting to get the car back. In fact, as I write this I took another call pushing the date back Another day. Our salesman, Jason king was really great though

I worked with Vishnu and Kaleb to purchase a new vehicle. They did a great job helping me and made the process as seamless as possible. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from ROBINSON Brothers Ford and would ask for Vishnu and Kaleb’s help again. It’s so nice to see two young men with a strong work ethic and so respectful to their customers!
I worked with Justin Bennett who was extremely helpful. I went back and forth between vehicles and he was very patient and very knowledgeable about both vehicles. It was a pleasure to work with him and if I am ever in need of another vehicle (I plan for this to be my last one) I’ll certainly go back to him.
