I spent over 4000$ with fixing my car and rental car fee to find out that my repairs were recalls and they did not want to refund me. Called a number of times and was told I had to contact Ford. Fighting with them for 5 months now. I just want my money back! I am a single mother and spent my savings on fixing a car that has recalls after recalls! I just left your used car lot inquiring about a used truck, get the price from a salesman, leave, look the same truck up on the internet, Your salesman is trying to outbid you I guess! Only a $3,000 difference.. I wouldn't think that's a good way to get business...
Horrible service. My husband and I went to test drive & our sales rep said maybe 3 words to us the entire time. The most awkward test drive experience ever! Never again. We will gladly take our business elsewhere. He was very stand-offish, gave very short answers if we asked a question, just horrible. I forgot his name but it’s not worth remembering. And that’s if he even gave it to us! Smh

Brought my truck in for an oil sensor to be changed in the process they changed the oil filter. Today I was doing the first oil change, the filter was so tight I bent in, broke a oil filter wrench and the adapter from the oil filter housing to the oil filter came out with the oil filter. An oil change is pretty basic work I can only imagine what they screw up if they cant get that right.
