horrible customer service. My uncle brought his truck in for service, had 1000s of dollars in custom hand-built stereo and electronics stolen while it was there, obviously by an insider in the service department, was blown off by management and called a liar. Absolutely unforgivable and beyond atrocious service.
I bought my first Explorer in 2911 when the body style changed. I have had her for 9 years. Put 175,769 miles on her and she still runs great. Wouldn’t hesitate to drive her anywhere. But it was time for an upgrade. I told them what I wanted and they went out and found it. The same day. Anything Biagas is a very attentive salesman. He took care of everything and showed me how to work all the new features. Can’t wait for the Bronco to come out. That is our next purchase. At Robinson of course.

Bought from Hollingsworth Ford, GREAT dealership btw, about 3k miles in i had my very 1st transmission issue. My 3rd and 4th shift fork broke, i was forced to take it to Robinson Brothers due to them having the only Transmission techs in the area. Before even driving onto the lot, Brent and I went back and fourth through texting and i sent him a picture of what i was interested in purchasing. Once i finally got there the next day, he immediately got me an amount to trade in my vehicle and purchase the same exact one i wanted. From then on, it was smooth sailing and i absolutely love my new 2020 explorer! i’ll never do business with anyone else!
