Worst service! No sense of urgency and extremely inefficient. They expect you to be out of a vehicle for days, my car was there for 3 days and didn’t even get looked at the first day. When the part came in I waited 4.5 hours. They just say a “little longer”

I will never buy from Robinson. After the flood here in Baton Rouge, they wouldn't honor ford discounts available at the time (almost $10,000 on an f150) . Both our vehicles were flooded, so I had to buy. Thank you PARK CITIES FORD in Dallas Texas for finding me a truck with the discounts. ROBINSON BROTHER'S........you are garbage.
We live in Lake Charles and we’re on our way to Nashville. My Explorer decided that it wanted to throw an engine light. We limped our way over to this dealership on a Saturday. We had no appointment, but the service department went over & beyond to get us back on the road in 2 hours. An employee who was there ON HIS DAY OFF got right on our vehicle. We cannot thank them enough for their courtesy.
Stay away from the service department. They charge premium prices, but the techs and service advisors are garbage.
