Disgusting customer service! Don’t be fooled!
My daughter is in school in Louisiana and we had to have her vehicle towed there to be fixed. They have had this vehicle for 2 months with no clear resolution in sight. I have never had a problem with other service centers, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again

The impossible happened today! My husband and I were in the process of trying to purchase a home when his car was totaled. Our credit score wasn’t that great due to the hard hit from the credit checks for house loans and we weren’t prepared to switch gears and have to purchase a vehicle instead. We found the perfect used truck but financing looked grim. Johnnie worked for hours on making sure we left the lot with the vehicle we wanted.
