sales person was great until it was time to pick up. I informed them when i left at 10:30am that the sticky red goo on the back seat needed to be cleaned, the key fob didn't work, and all the air pressure in the tires was low. I let them know at 2pm that i would be coming around 6 to pick up and finalize everything. Upon looking the vehicle over there was still goo on the rear seat, key fob sill didn't work and tires still looked flat. I stopped here while on my way to my vacation destination due to service emission lights coming on. They kept my truck for a few minor repairs while I rented a vehicle and scheduled to pick my truck up Sunday when I returned. When I returned Sunday my vehicle had been stolen off their lot, the service worker came up there to make sure it wasn’t anywhere in the garages or back, which it wasn’t. No one answers the phone in the service department.
Still terrible. Just rode through the entire lot. Wanted a test drive for a Lincoln Continental, the employees saw us but never came to help us. Then we rode through the used part everyone was sitting on the front of the dealership. It’s a wonder they do any business... Sad.

Not only was everyone friendly and knowledgeable, they gave me an incredible deal on my purchase, trade-in, AND financing without any of the usual “car buying hassle”.
