Robinson Brothers Ford really needs to say on their website that when you make an appointment to bring your car in for service, they will not get to it for 2-3 days and they will not reimburse you for a rental. I really wish someone had warned me that I would not be able to drop it off and get it back fixed in the same day when I made that appointment.

UPDATE: Been on the waiting list for airbags. Was told last year by Robinson Bros I couldn’t get any loaner. ?? Just found out that Ford was at the time using Enterprise and other rental car companies for loaners, so this was basically RB just not wanting to deal with it. Then Ford discontinued the long term rental program, and STILL no airbags. For weeks I tried contacting service, and was always sent to voice mail. My husband finally got through and they finally took our name to be placed on a wait list. God knows how long... read more
