I would discourage doing business with this dealership as they accepted a car I co-owned in on a trade without my knowledge, they then proceeded to forge my signature and have other employees witness. After meeting with them in person and them admitting fault and denying having my signature, I got a copy of sale from DMV where there was a signature clearly forged. We tried to have this matter resolved reasonably without filing criminal charges and a civil suit but they have gambled that this is a long and tough process for t... read more

Trisha in Ford Service is hands down the nicest car service person I have ever met! I highly suggest her. She was extremely patient and always kept me in the loop of everything in regards to my car.
Three times and almost two weeks total time they had my car in the last two months.. each time I tow it in they say it’s a “new part” causing the problem.. then third time they even put on the work order that it was a previous repair not done correctly (THEIR OWN WORK) ....They flat out refused to make it right and stilled charged me for it.... Fingers crossed it’s finally fixed for real this time and they can stop playing with my emotions and my bank account.
