Service department is not honest. We bought a truck and one of the things offered was a free detail when oil change is done on Thursday's when a female buyer brings it in. Well my wife brought it in on a Thursday and was told they have never heard of that. They charged her for a tire rotation and my tires are marked and were in same place. My truck had greasy handprints all over it and in need of a wash now. I will not buy another vehicle from Robinson Brothers because of their service department.
Had an awesome experience there. I would recommend it to everyone. Our sales man was great answers all of our questions. Gary George sold us a beautiful Ford Expedition.
