This is the absolute most incompetent, unprofessional, and embarrassing service department I have ever had the disdain of bringing my vehicle into… ever. Took them almost two months to fix an issue on my 2019 Ford Ranger, that they misdiagnosed twice. When I picked up my vehicle there was a missing bracket for an engine coolant hose and instead it was zip tied to the engine wiring harness, and there was damage to the front passenger fender.Sloppy work from a lazy “technic… See more
I had wonderful service at Robinson Brothers Ford Lincoln because of my great service writer, Adrian Almodovar! He made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle while it was at Robinson Brothers. He made sure my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend friend and family to ask for Adrian when they need any work done at Robinson Brothers.

I am extremely dissatisfied by the service department at Robinson Brother's Ford. I was having an issue with my center console on my 2014 Ford Mustang that I was hoping to have resolved by the service department. The center console's issue was it's inability to play any type of music, as well as the AC controls sometimes changing on their own. I scheduled an appt to have my car dropped off June 17. I called many times to check in and during this the original service advisor was switched to fast lane had I not called I would have never known. Then by 2.5 weeks with what they were diagnosing got told they were waiting to hear back from the warranty company. I called the warranty company who never got paperwork. Worse experience with the Lincoln service department. Before Covid, I enjoyed being a customer. After today, I will not go back.
