This dealer experience was HORRIBLE! The dealer under valued my trade in. Salesman was so busy trying to find out how much I owed on my trade to cheat me that we never progressed past that point. Automatically made assumptions regarding my financial situation and missed out on a CASH SALE!!!
I recently purchased a Lincoln August 2024. The salesman told us the vehicle had specific features that my wife needed for a disability she has. After signing the papers we realized this vehicle does not have these features. I tried to contact someone higher up than the salesman to get something resolved but noone would return my call. This is completely unacceptable and unethical sales which is fraud by deception.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This dealership is horrible! I gave so much of my business to this place and received half done results each time! I've experienced horrible customer service from the advisors in service. Even from the manager Casey Talbot. They lack accountability for not fixing your vehicle correctly but have no problem taking the payment for doing so. Please stay far away from this establishment! Take your vehicle else where! I would give them 0 if that were an option! For over a year and a half I have been without a radio phone navigation and everything else associated with the sync radio and now going on 3 years. The vehicle was still under warranty when all sound was lost and I brought my car in and Robinson brothers have yet to find a solution. This is totally and painfully unacceptable considering I bought my vehicle new from them and paid almost $90,000 for the vehicle ! The Body shop has been charged with fixing my 2022 Expedition since the summer of 2022. They have been extremely unprofessional and unresponsive to questions related to when my vehicle will be repaired. I’ve been given many excuses as to why the repairs were delayed (parts not available, technician fired, etc.) but no accountability or prioritization on their part to rectify the issue. I purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer in 2019 from Hollingsworth Richards Ford, in Baton Rouge, LA. Since I’ve purchased the 2018 Ford Explorer it has been in the shop more frequently than it should be. Business response:
Our last conversation with the customer was that we were attempting to get Ford to assist with the repair costs based on the prior transmission issues. We did torque converter work on two occasions in 2022. The throttle body is a different repair, but we do understand the customers concern which is why we explained we were attempting to intervene on the customers behalf with the manufacturer.
