This is the most incompetent dealership I have ever dealt with. My company vehicle has been there over a month and no one has any remorse about the situation. I scheduled a service appointment for June the 22nd to have my Lincoln Navigator looked at. After having it for over 3 weeks I received another notification that they have yet to start actually working on it. I was told that it would be 2 to 3 days max before they could get to it. Robinson Brothers has the worst service i have ever experienced. Brought my car in to replace the valve cover and seals on Nov 5th. Today is December 1st and they are still not done working on it. I was told 2 weeks ago that it possibly would be done and i am still waiting. I wrote a complaint email and all I got back was BOT emails that keep asking to contact them about purchasing a vehicle. They obviously do not read the emails, take their costumers seriously or are efficient. DON’T go to Robinson Brothers.
Have had the vehicle twice for a common issue that they can't seem to fix, as it is back again. Normally takes a minimum of a week for them to hold the vehicle and begin diagnostics which your vehicle has to be on-site the entire time they wait to start working on it. Also have issues with loaner vehicles, warranties, etc when you've bought the vehicle from a dealership that is not Robinson Brothers. Poor customer service all around.
Charles Brown Jr was one of the most polite and professional salesperson. He was never pushy and was very helpful when it came to me making my purchase. I was also shocked at how many people throughout my visit congratulated me on my purchase. That was very reassuring and everyone was sure to greet and make sure I was taken care of no matter if I was on the used or new side, which I found super nice.
