I have been a customer for several years and they used to be pretty decent However, it has just gone down hill over the past year. They just never show up. I live in a windy area and the water bottles will blow all over my yard and I have to continue to pick them up. When I call customer service they can never tell me why someone did not show up and say it was rescheduled for the next day. No one ever calls me to say it is rescheduled.
