Great folks to work with. Salesman was great and manager made sale like I have never had great folks all around will tell others
I had great Customer service done Monday. My tire light was on and instead of just filling the tire myself, I popped on in to have it filled by the professionals at Toyota. Lone behold there was a nail in my tire. 30 minutes later a patch on the tire and I was out the door. The customer service department was friendly and willing to help.

The Service Department is horrible. Scheduling an appointment is pointless and their is NO communication. I had an 11:00AM appointment for ROUTINE maintenance on my 2016 Highlander. By 2:00 I heard nothing so I called, no call back. By 4:00 Still nothing so I called again, was told they would call me back. . . no call. They close at 6:00 so I called AGAIN at 5:45 and finally was told it would be ready by 6:20 PM. 7 hours for an oil change appointment is just sad and no communication.
