They were very professional and I didn’t wait long for the service on my car.
Usually have decent service here, but this last visit my boyfriend got my Rav 4 back after service and on the grey console and fabric are black grease marks that were left after service. Things aren’t usually this sloppy, so I’m a tad disappointed.

Service staff was good, but ....it taking two hours to look at a door handle and $152 dollars later....... what a rip off Returned a battery a few weeks back. It took a manager more than 15 minutes to come to the parts department to enter in the “top secret battery core code”�. Setting your people up to fail, and pissing off customers.
