Have had good interactions with Rivertown. Sometimes the wait to see a service rep is a little long and their time estimates are usually at least 30-60min longer than quoted times, but not unreasonable if you plan for that. I was frustrated when I just took a vehicle in for service and was told we needed new tires. Rivertown just put new tires on for us less than 18 months ago, so seems awfully soon to need them again. Awesome experience with Rivertown Toyota on yesterday. I took my 2016 Tacoma in for 15K services, appointment was 1140 and I was completed by 1:20PM or so. The service assistance was great and customer service etiquette was top of line. Keep up the Outstanding service.
I took my RAV4 in for service without an appointment. I was going out of town the same day and it was already past the mileage for service. I was very pleased that Melody was able to get it done for me fairly quickly. The only drawback with the service is that she asked me for a phone number I could be reached at. Erien was amazing. I told her exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. She wasn’t too pushy and didn’t try to convince me to get something I didn’t want. She made buying my first car as smooth as possible.
