I was sent a letter stating my car has several recalls. I made an appointment to get these looked at...get there today and I am told my warranty for the recall has expired. When i asked why i wasn’t told this when i scheduled the service the manager said “i don’t know.” Several times I was told one thing by someone then told something completely different by someone else. After months of searching for a truck for my fiancé we finally made the right deal with Rivertown Toyota!! Robert and his finance manager took great care of us and we will definitely be going back to see them again.
My wife brought my truck in for an oil change and the 5,000 mile check up. They told her to would be an hour and fifteen at most. After waiting for an hour and a half she approached the counter to ask about it. They told her they lost the keys, and took 15 minutes and 3 representatives to find the keys and the truck. Once they found it, they took an additional 20 minutes to finish the service. She never received a receipt and was told nothing about what was done to the vehicle. Rivertown Toyota service center does outstanding work. Cullen is very nice, professional, and will let you know what is honestly wrong with your vehicle. Mr. Craig with the transport shuttle is very friendly to ride with and a very safe driver. Good customer service here and I will be coming back😊

Well I never thought I would say I was this happy with the service department at Rivertown Toyota. Changes are finally apparent, customer service is a priority now! Melody Lawson, you cared about me and my needs, I was not just a number. Thank you! We were ready to give up on buying cars there as we like Toyotas but the service department has been lacking the same quality in the past but that has changed now.
