Mr. Mackinley McCray was so friendly and helpful when purchasing my 2018 XSE Camry! He approached me as I was walking around looking at cars and was very patient since I was unsure of what I wanted. Just purchased a used car from Rivertown Toyota. The sales experience was good. I dealt with Jeff and Robert and I had a good experience with both. When I got home and tried to lock the car I noticed one of the remotes needed a battery. No big deal, I thought, I needed to go back the next day to get the car cleaned and the stickers removed from the windows. Went in to purchase a Highlander today. Because we are planning to go back to Colorado, we preferred an AWD. They had two in stock: an LE and an XLE. The LE was nice and so was the XLE, but the dealer offered almost $6,000 off for the XLE plus $2500 for my trade. I got an XLE Highlander for the price of an LE. David was very friendly and answered all our questions. Very professional and very laid back.
Wonderful people, very helpful, especially the young lady, Shelby Holley, who sold me my truck.
