Just purchased a Toyota 4Runner SR5 Premium 2018. David was awesome! Friendly, helpful professional and informed! It was a pleasure doing business with him. I was specific with color and wanting the 3rd row seating which unfortunately wasn’t available in stock. He had the vehicle sent from another location within 24 hours . SHAMEFUL My 82 y/o mother, a retired teacher on a limited fixed income, was lied to and taken full advantage of after her 20 y/o car finally died. My brother in law and sister were with her, but, like most people they knew very little about the MANY ways a dealer can make money-\-\-\-\in my Mom's case, at least over $2700. Recently needed emergency service for mother visiting at Christmas from Tennessee. Horrible customer service, hung up on the first call and then lied to by the service department when I called back. I was told all service techs were out of the shop on service calls and someone would have to call me back. My mother is 74 years old and was by herself. We purchased a new Camry today from Kevin Green. We have been shopping for this particular car for several days at 3 different dealerships. Kevin offered by far the best price with the least amount of hassle! Kudos to him and Rivertown Toyota for a job well done. We recommend him and this dealership highly!
I bought a 2014.5 Camry SE at Rivertown Toyota in February 2014. This was my first new car purchase and I was extremely excited buying this car as I’ve always been a Toyota Fan for Life. Once I purchased the car I only received one key for a brand new car and no owners manual. Marlon informed me that I would receive both of these via mail, but I never received them. The service department up here will accuse you of damaging stuff you didn't when they actually did it. The salesman flat out lie to you and management does not seem to care. My father and I have been here since 95 until today but no more. If you do go do not deal with Steve or the short haired manager. They could care less about the customer experience.
