Melody @ intake & Chris, the primary mechanic, were professional & technically proficient. I was very pleased, as always, with the servicing of my 4Runner.
Very friendly and helpful service members. Had a appointment n they took car quickly, did service n gave it back in about one hour.
They have done all my vehicle services. When I double checked ALL FLUIDS WERE EMPTY. I guess the charge is to drain not refill. We will NEVER RETURN. BUYER BEWARE!!!
I took my 2012 highlander for oil change and tire rotation.. Shon, was my servicemen. He demonstrated excellent customer service and very friendly. Also peter , service technician he took the time to take me back to work , so I can be time for my patients appt he’s awesome . Thank you river town Toyota for an awesome experience . Shar ..
Had an appt for an alignment, tire check, and oil change at 11:15. 3 hours later, and after asking someone to check, I was informed that my car hadn't even been started yet. After the alignment and oil change (that took less than an hour), they then preceded to put the wrong tires on my car and didn't even tell me! It is now 5:40 and am just leaving with the correct new tires, and an entire day wasted. This was downright horrible, and worst of all... NO ONE there cares at all.
No reason to make an appointment because it isn’t honored and the follow-up requires your effort, not theirs. I had a part called a seat shield replaced and now one of the lumbar controls doesn’t work.... so guess what I will be doing this upcoming week? I can’t wait to sit in their lobby for hours!! Because of this experience, I will not purchase my next vehicle from Rivertown Toyota.
