Didn't have an appointment, walked in they took my car and service it. Took me to Cacker Barrels. Picked me up and brought me back to the dealership and escorted me to my car, thanks family see y'all next time!!!

I had an appointment at noon for an oil change and tires rotated. I scheduled the appointment online and indicated I’d be waiting. It took 2 1/2 hours. What’s the point of making an appointment????

We were treated with such fraudulent sales tactics tonite when attempting to conduct an honest business transaction. Now, I will WARN any/all that may consider doing business with Rivertown Toyota to think twice and be cautious. They left a bitter taste in our mouths and the Sales Manager was the worst excuse for Management that I can fathom. SHAMELESS business tactics and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
