Jerry in Toyota service was very informative and helpful. They had my truck ready before my expected time.
It was my first service since I’ve moved from California. Tom was very nice and explained to me about the delay since I didn’t make an appointment. He did go over what maintenance was needed and was understanding as to what I could afford for this visit and offered to schedule and appointment. I will be back in a few weeks! Service is always great very nice and helpful. Good experience.
The sales person was good. The finance guy was absolutely horrible, he seemed as if we were a bother to him, he flipped through the paperwork on asked for signature barely read anything and rushed the whole process. We already had financing so it should have been an easy process but he made it extremely uncomfortable and talked bad about past customers extremely unprofessional. Melody Lawson was our service advisor and she was great I would recommend using her the next time you need to set up an appointment.
I looked for my "right" new vehicle for 4 months. During that time frame I test drove multiple ones from each vendor. As soon as I drove my 4 Runner I knew that was what I wanted. The sales team was awesome and worked with me to get the payments in my budget!! I have my routine maintenance done at the service department. The staff is friendly and do a great job of getting me in and out as quickly as possible!!
Great job rivertown toyota. Help us keep our corolla in excellent condition. And remember, lm looking for new truck.
They are friendly and timely and open all day on Saturdays. Great customer service.
