Today, May 29 was my first visit to Rivertown to have them check a low tire pressure warning on my Toyota Camry, since I had a tire warranty I coordinated between the warranty company and Cullen at Rivertown who was most helpful with getting this issue resolved, most at the service desks don't seem to friendly, but after thawing Cullen was quite nice, thank you
Pleasant service reps and waiting area. Wait did seem a bit long for only a tire rotation and I had an appointment which I was on time for.
I took my Corolla for my 10,000 mile service check. Got there about 7:15 out by 8:00. Every time I take my car in for service they are always so helpful, friendly and fast. This is my first Toyota car and it will be my next one too.

The work I had done at the service center was satisfactory. It is everything else that gets a low score. I would advise anyone that if they make an appointment DO NOT expect that to mean anything. Because the appointment I made was not honored in a reasonable time frame it created a domino effect that caused unnecessary inconvenience to me.
Had what could have been a terrible experience at River town Toyota today. In walked Service Advisor, Melody Lawson and made all the difference. Molody River town Toyota rocks because of you. Thanks for being there.

Took my Tacoma in for a 60k scheduled service two weeks ago. During the inspection they recommended my front brake pads needed replacement. I said go ahead but apparently they didn’t have the pads in stock and had to order them meaning I needed to return to have the work done. When I dropped it off I asked they look at my rear tire since it has a slow leak.
