By taking responsibility for their oversight and correcting the problem. Long story short - they left a window down in my Camry and a thunderstorm poured rain into my vehicle. Instead of telling me, they stalled me from picking it up, tried to dry it with fans and told me that it's unfortunate that it smells so bad, but they tried to fix it with some fans. I took my truck in to replace a broken light. The service did not take as long as expected. Everyone was courteous and helpful. They informed me of the cost of the parts before repairs were completed.

The staff is very friendly and professional . Took my car there today for oil change. They changed oil and filter toped off all the fluids and checked tires. I can always trust freeway to treat me fair and not overcharge .
They did a good job of informing me step by step the problems with my truck.
So very helpful! I had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle and had to have it towed. Turns out there were a few recalls that needed fixed and they did it for free, as well as in a timely manner. Literally a day. Niki was my advisor and kept me updated the entire time. Highly reccomend them.
Honest and reasonable pricing
I would like to say Thank You to All the employees at Rivertown Toyota for there outstanding professional attitude and attention to detail. My salesman, Wesley Shackleford gave me 100% of his attention from the first handshake to the “Hand me the Keys” handshake. I want to say Thank You Ms Lawson (service department) for doing everything you could to expedite the delivery of My Tundra. Thanking All of you again, it was fun!!
