I purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner from here in fall of 2017. Brought it in to have the first 5k service in late June. Dropped the vehicle off and returned in the evening to pick it up. While driving home noticed that there was a very noticeable vibration/shake from 40mph and on. Took the vehicle back three days later, dealership had the vehicle all day. My 60,000 mile tires need to be replaced at only 30,000 and “there’s nothing we can do about it.”
Be prepared for long wait time!!! Waited over 2 hours to get my oil changed which was better than last time of a almost 4hour oil change plus they didn't rotate my tires so I complained or the time it took 3hours to change my tires.

I went to several car dealerships in town including Rivertown Toyota and looked online searching for another car. While I was there, I saw a car that I was interested in, even took it for a test drive. I had a very small budget to work with.
