Good Customer Service
Had a 12:15 appointment for oil change on my Lexus. They got car in on time and was in road within an hour. They did the full recommended inspection and top off. Not bad for dealer being in and out in hour. However I did notice a scratch on the back door on drivers side at the edge by the driver door. Wasn’t there before and those hat know me know I would have seen it before. Looks like something caught from the techs uniform or something. Not sure.
They completed the necessary service on my 2018 Highlander in a quick and efficient manner. Certainly appreciated the prompt service on this visit.
Contacted Rivertown through website regarding a used Lincoln Town Car communicating with a very professional "internet specialist" Renee Baldwin for a few days. I paid $185 to have CARCHEX inspect it as I am out of state. Based upon the inspection I talked with Renee who indicated she could reduce the initial advertised price by $500.
