When it comes to automotive service, especially dealership service departments, I have very little faith and trust. So it was completely awesome when Bryan Elliott made sure my Toyota Tacoma was taken care of. He is efficient, friendly, and personable. He did exactly what he said he was going to do in the amount of time he said he would do it!! I'll be back to see Bryan at Rivertown Toyota for my future maintenance needs!

The staff was very professional and easy to talk with during the entire process. We could not have been better received or treated. You have three truly professional Toyota men in MacKinley McCray, David Meabrod and Marlon Rice.
Had 5k service done today with Bryan Elliott and received excellent service.The sales side on the other hand is a complete joke.Will never attempt to buy from Rivertown and the rip off crew again.
The Service Tech is very courteous , professional and helpful. I received excellent service and the waiting time was great.
I bought a new RAV4 last week and Kevin Green made the process very easy . Kevin listened to our needs and found the vehicle for us with a great price. We will return to Rivertown for our next Toyota purchase.
The technician was extremely un-knowledgeable, couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my vehicle using a computer. The service rep was un experienced and didn’t know how to deal with customers. I have been coming here for four years this is the last time I go to Rivertown Toyota. From now on I will take the drive to LaGrange.
