Took 3 hours for an oil change and I was one of the first 5 in the building upon opening this morning. I needed a software update and they tried to charge me 90 dollars for it.I refused and went home later just to find the software online at the Toyota website for (free). Downloaded it on a flash drive and updated it myself. Also found my hood bulge out of place almost as if the mechanic slammed it down with excessive force. Not a happy customer and won’t be going back.
