RecommendedI took my daughter’s car to Rivertown Toyota today for new tires and oil change. The atmosphere was very clean and relaxing. My wait wasn’t long at all maybe an hour the most. I was treated very good by all there today. I was well pleased with the service and price on everything I had done today. Bryan Elliott made me feel welcomed and was very generous on checking on me and bringing me some water. He and the rest of the Toyota staff were excellent. When I took my 2011 Highlander in to be serviced, I was assigned my own personal service associate, Ken Quattlebaum. He worked with me from beginning to end, made sure I was treated fairly, and kept me in the loop the entire time. It was a two day job, so it was very nice to know what was going on with my car. When the car was finished, there was an overcharge that I didn’t notice until after I left the dealership. This will be the 4th car I bought from Rivertown. I was going to give another dealership a shot, but Shelby gave me such a great offer and such excellent customer service, I couldn't walk away! I strongly recommend you ask for her. she's knowledgeable about the vehicles and made me feel like I had a great advocate.
