RecommendedMack McCray was great to deal with! I got a great deal and 0 pressure.
I like the service rep I use, Nikki Fisher, she is a very nice person and always treats me special. I do think Toyota should change my cabin filter and air filter free while it is under warranty. $80 is way too much. I got the part numbers and did it myself in about 4 minutes total and it cost me $30 total. Not Ms. Fisher's fault though....she is awesome.
I was a little late but they didn’t have any issues and I wasn’t there forever.
