RecommendedMack McCray was great to deal with! I got a great deal and 0 pressure.
I like the service rep I use, Nikki Fisher, she is a very nice person and always treats me special. I do think Toyota should change my cabin filter and air filter free while it is under warranty. $80 is way too much. I got the part numbers and did it myself in about 4 minutes total and it cost me $30 total. Not Ms. Fisher's fault though....she is awesome.
I was a little late but they didn’t have any issues and I wasn’t there forever.
The service personnel was outstanding ! My advisor busy with an earlier appointment but another advisor took care of me in no time. They were honest with pricing and did not try to sale me getting extra work done.
