RecommendedThe staff in the service department is awesome, especially Mr Tom Martin. I had a 7:30 AM appointment this morning for routine service on my 2013 Prius. I was met my Mr Martin and he answered all my questions. After the service and full inspection, I was out of there by 8:30 or so. Highly recommend this place. I have never used any other place for my car.

POOR SERVICE Set up an appointment withe the Service Deparrment to have a key fob replaced. Even have an insurance policy for lost, stolen or damaged replacements. After waiting about an hour, come to find out they cut me a new key? Explained that this was not what we had asked for. The young lady at the desk asked if we could wait a moment to seek help.
