Contacted them as an out-of-state buyer because they were one of the few dealers within 500 miles of me that had the exact car I wanted. We hammered out pricing and my trade via email (pending inspections, of course), but when it came time to ask them to hold the car for two days until I could make the 450-mile journey to their store, they asked for a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
