Moved here from Valdosta Ga a year ago and started taking my 2016 Corolla in for scheduled service. Have always had a great experience with the service department and today Bryan Elliott was the service advisor got my vehicle right in and was finished within an hour. Answered all my questions and was sure to let me know of next scheduled service.

It is not the dealership, but the service I get now that something has happened to my car. I WILL NOT BE TELLING PEOPLE TO BUY A TOYOTA. INSTEAD GO TO VOLVO!!! Ask for Steve. He is an awesome salesman and VERYHONEST
The service department seemed disorganized and confused. I received a text that car was done. It took 15 minutes to find my paperwork because a different rep than I started with put the paperwork into their name and closed it out. Then they could not find the Toyota Certified Service stamp that goes in the maintenance book. I find it amazing that for nine service representatives they have one stamp. They never did find it.

I put in about an hour even with a wash.
They quoted me at $103 for 30,000 mile service. They actual cost was ?150. They charged me $50 for an $8 cabin air filter. They did not asked me if I wanted to change it. They just did it an hoped I wouldn’t ask them to put back the old one?
RecommendedI was in and out with my oil change today,didn't take long at all. The customer service was outstanding!!!!
