River town Toyota maintenance shop is not very professional. My Tacoma is a manual, so I watched the kid drive it to the back for maintenance like a sixteen year old learning how to drive very jerky followed by slamming on the brakes. They also over inflated my tires with oxygen rather than nitrogen. An when I got in my truck they were obviously jamming out on my radio rather than conducting maintenance. I’m not very impressed with their service department, they treat customers vehicles like they are rented....
Nothing but the best! Last 3 vehicles have come via Rivertown! Great service and my latest they managed to lower my monthly payments by $200 while putting me in the vehicle i wanted! I showed up and it had a SOLD sign and my name on it! thanks Rivertown and Jeremy...
RecommendedThe service is friendly and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable, and stocked with amenities such as fresh coffee and snacks. It makes waiting a pleasure instead of a pain. The service representatives keep the customers updated with the progress of the work on their vehicles, and make them feel as if their needs are important to Rivertown Toyota.
I had a very large screw in my front tire and I called Cullen and said Cullen I am on my way to Rivertown. Cullen always so sweet to me and said good come on. I think once I got there I waited maybe 5 minutes and my car was going back to have screw removed and patched. Cullen had already told me you may not be able to patch because so close in front. Our salesman, Marcus Sanabria, was very intuitive with how to help us. He was a professional, kind, and thorough. He showed interest in our needs and wasn't pushy; that would have caused us to run the other way. He wasn't condescending but treated us with dignity though the age difference was huge. . Excellent service. I’ve had poor experiences with several Dealerships and salesman, I have to say they were extremely friendly and fair, especially Richard. They made sure to show me where they get all of their pricing, provide me with choices of vehicles (even if they didn’t have it on the lot, they showed me incoming vehicles) and even let my dog come in with me to go over all of my paperwork.
