I was invited by Toyota to bring my car in for a FREE inspection and replacement of my car’s air bag system for safety reasons. My car is a 2010 model Toyota Carolla and yet they still cared enough to be concerned about my safety. I was well taken care of by the supervisor who offered me the opportunity to either wait for the repair or ride their shuttle to my home to wait out the repair. I scheduled my appointment on line. No issues there. I used the drop box because I do not like sitting around waiting (I know how I am). I did not have any problems with getting my vehicle back in a descent amount of time. Everything was fixed that was requested.
Great Customer Service! Kept me updated while I waited! Was there for oil and filter change and they Found a nail and screw in my tire! I was thankful that was discovered as I was leaving for a business trip! Thank you Jay Toyota!
