The service was great The salesman was excellent worked with me to find the best car within my budget. This was the third car I have bought from Rivertown and have alway had excellent service
Dropped the car off for a battery replaced under warranty. Got a ride to Cracker Barrel and had a good breakfast. Great service here with very friendly employees.

I been to Rivertown Toyota for the past 3 days and the end result was I went to my bank got a check for the full amount only to be told the vehicle I wanted and got a loan for was sold or upgraded the day after I told them I wanted the car and took all the information to my bank to get financed. Tried to sell me another vechicle with a totally vin number. Informed me that even if I don't get the mystery truck it will still be on the lot. All I wanted was the vehicle I got my initial loan for. And I missed 3 days of overtime ... read more
