Terrible experience and terrible service. My appointment was at 12:40pm. At about 2:20pm I asked about the delayed. They asked for my name and went to check but never returned. I went to the counter about 15 minutes later and asked again but instead of giving me the car with my 50k miles service, the guy gave me a list of “recommended” services for the amount of over 400. Management, or whomever The guys are sitting at the desk in the center of the lobby only get 1 star and I'll get to that later. The 5 star rating is only because of our awesome salesman Z whom we will recommend to anyone! My fiance and I went to trade his truck in for something better and couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Awsome teen that answered all my questions and had my car done before I knew it
I’m pretty sure it was the fastest 10,000 service I have ever had. Quick and easy.
Had to wait over 2 hours just for an oil change. Told rep my clicker stopped working but they did not do anything about that like she said they would, I was so frustrated over the wait I just didn’t even care.
Thanks to the service department for fixing my air bag light issue and for the great service they provided.
