Took my car into Rivertown Toyota today Melody Lawson was a service manager that handled the paperwork my car was done very quickly and very professionally Miss Larson was very professional in all her duties
I usually have great service and interactions with the Rivertown Toyota Staff, but today my wife took my car in for me. When she got there 30 minutes before my scheduled time she was told that I didn’t have an appt, then she had to continually ask for a status, and my car sat finished for over 30 minutes (she didn’t know because she wasn’t alerted). I’m not sure if I will be returning to that business or even buying another vehicle that would need their service. It maybe time to switch manufacturers.
My husband and I purchased a CHR from MacKinley McCray! He was amazing!!!! He made the whole process painless!!
