Took my Car in for regular service. When I got it back, the battery was bad after their "check". When I took it back, they charge me more to replace it and give two different stories about the additional work I was going to get. Never going back.
The service was prompt and they got my work done in a day.

My husband and i bought a 2014 toyato sienna van from Whitley. She is an amazing sales associate and she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our purchase! I came to get my car serviced on a Saturday and was told I couldn't get a simple oil change and basic maintenance. It was customer appreciation day. My family has purchased 3 Toyota's since 2004 and been customers since the early 90's. I told the service customer support person that my maintenance required light came on and she still would not squeeze me in as a walk in. Just purchased a Rav4. We researched other companies and dealerships but came back to Rivertown Toyota. David Meabrod was our sales consultant. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. He was very patient, answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Will highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a car.
