I worked with Floyd Spencer, he was a gentleman & very knowledgeable. I had some misfortune with a previous vehicle. He was able to get me financed with a great interest rate! My husband has a 2011 Toyota Tundra that he purchased last year with a little over 24,000 miles on it. As it sits now it has a little over 33,000 miles and very well taken care of. Recently it started knocking which ended up being a connecting rod. After having mulitple people take a look at it, taking it to the local Toyota dealership and calling corporate, we were told that Toyota will not participate in helping with replacing the motor.
