I have nothing but great things to say about RiverTown Toyota! We have been going there for our service updates and everyone is always so kind and friendly. We recently went in for an oil change, and my husband and I was admiring the 2018 camry SE. Sales Manager Steve Chinberg noticed us gazing at the vehicle and told us he can have us riding home in this new 2018 before our oil change is done. Great service from my advisor Jenifer Wing. Very helpful and kept me updated on my car. Also spoke with my technician and he was very knowledgeable, I think his name was Brad. Didn't have to wait long at all. I will definitely be bringing my Toyota Highlander back to Rivertown for all of its services.
Wow....what can I say?! Causes an electrical problem in my friend's car, which leaves her stranded on the side of the road, then wont take responsibility...what a place!?! I can't wait to buy a car from ANYONE BUT THIS DEALER IN THE CONTINENTAL US.
Service is incompetent. Nearly lost a life over electrical issues that they claimed to have fixed. I'm fairly certain that the service techs all belong to ISIS, despite their inferior beards. I also have it on high authority that these pricks drive the streets of Georgia in non descript white vans, with a large paper bag of candy to entice children. Omg, it is crazy, I had major problems here too, I had a part recall on my Toyota 4 runner, I go to pick it up, they tried to day give me small sedan credit, when I am supposed to get the SUV package, then my car has a cum stain in the carpet, and a trojan wrapper, and a black and mild half smoked in the ashtray. My truck has never been smoked in, the people were dicks, and I felt like it was a chop shop I came out of. Bull, all the way around.
