Service and parts suck. Can't order parts by vin number and don't put on Toyota factory breaks on a truck. Never will go there again

I bought a Camry. The car is beautiful and drives/rides so good. Robert McAfee was the sales man that helped me and he was absolutely phenomenal He took his time and made sure I was happy with everything . I highly recommend Rivertown TOYOTA to anyone looking for a good vehicle, new or used and highly recommend you to find Robert to help you.

UPDATE (9/13/2017): Rivertown Toyota got in touch with me and verified that the difference between the quote and final charge was outside of what they consider normal. They refunded the difference, which I am happy with! Overcharged well beyond quote! When purchasing new tires I was told there was a leak coming from the passenger side boot of my rack and pinion. I took my car to Rivertown Toyota for a 7am appointment to get a quote on the replacement. 3.5 hours later I was given a quote of $1063 for this service, which was p... read more
Was Avery reliable dealership, my salesman Robert McAfee was very professional and helped me every step of the way. Was very courteous as well. The manager was also a great guy and always willing to help especially if you're military Definitely recommend
One of the best dealerships I have delt with. I am the type of customer that wants certain things and am very muleheaded.
