Verified Renter Overall, this is a wonderful place to live. Inflation makes it hard sometimes, but if you shop around, you will probably end up here at River Park. We love the view and how it is centralized for travel and chores. We also love the space. Roomier than most newer or refurbished apartments.

Unfortunate Roaches and flies infestation that gets ignored. No AC in lobby. Hallways Smell. Office is closed when it should be open.

Verified Renter These apartments are Hugh in size with a Beautiful view over looking the water.. Neva Williams the property manager is excellent at her job very respectful and she helps you any way possible.. She also try and keep her staff & building together as a team. I have not been here long maybe just a week but I'm very satisfied.. little minor things need to be done but I have no complaints for real and the amenities are beautiful makes me feel at home. Verified Renter Everything has been fantastic so far! It’s a quiet, peaceful community, and everyone we have met so far has been amazing! I can’t wait for construction to finish on the park next door—as it is, it’s a little bit of an eyesore, but the views of the James River more than make up for it! Overall, I am very satisfied with our new home and can’t wait to explore the area.

Verified Renter I just moved in and it was such a wonderful experience! Everyone I’ve talked to has said how it’s such a nice community to live and thrive in. Moving in was so easy, we had a reserved elevator and got to use the loading dock to unload our truck. The office staff was SO friendly and caring!
